A1 Regardless of where your business is located, we can provide onsite training staff to give one on one instruction to your staff members during installation and deployment of a Farm Manager system. Our training staff have had experience in a wide range of fresh produce related industries (farming, processing & packing, wholesale) and can even help troubleshoot business processes during the training sessions. As an alternative, we are also experts at remote training using remote access tools. Remote training is useful where on-site training isn't feasible, and can also be used for follow-up training from time to time to teach users new skills and features. Q2 How many users can access Farm Manager at the same time? A2 The only limit to the number of concurrent users that can access Farm Manager is the number of licences you have purchased. Q3 Does Farm Manager allow me to pack other growers produce? A3 The Enterprise - Advanced Packhouse edition allows you to apply various fees and charges for packing other growers produce. This allows you to generate grower returns based on a batch or a period containing multiple batches. Q4 Does agevo offer support with the software? A6 We can demonstrate Farm manager via a remote desktop sharing session or a consultant can travel to your site for a fee. contact us for more information Q7 What hardware and sfotware will I need? A7 Because agevo Farm Manager is a a flexible system, your business may only require some of the hardware and software when implemented. It is often the case that existing infrastructure can be used to support your agevo Farm Manager deployment. Contact one of our consultants to find out your businesses requirements. A8 Pricing for Farm Manager varies depending on the number of sites and user licences required. contact us for more information Q9 Does Farm Manager comply with GS1 barcode labelling standards? A9 agevo already has clients supplying priduce to the major retailers, GS1 compliant barcodes and retailer specific crate labels are already catered for in Farm Manager. Q10 How can we access information from multiple farms and packhouses throughout Australia? A10 Your headquarters can run a Farm Manager client with the Multi-Server connection module. This allows you to select which sites ip address you wish to connect to so you are able to view or edit that sites information (E.g. enter Sales orders based on available produce at that site). You can also install the Farm Manager Web Portal module at each site so that headquarters can view stock levels, outstanding orders, reports etc via a web browser. Q11 How do I get information from a geographically remote location into Farm Manager? A11 As long as you have an internet connection at both ends, then you can run a Farm Manager client at the remote location so that it connects directly to the Farm Manager server at your main site. Q12 Am I able to request features and added functionality as my business grows? A12 All requests for additional features will be assessed to determine whether they are of benefit to other organisations. If we determine that it will benefit others then we will make the feature freely available in a future release as part of your yearly enhancement plan. If the request is a custom feature specific to your organisation then you will be required to pay a fee for the cost of development.
