  Deploying a Agevo Solution is a fully managed process that gives the client peace of mind for a confident and timely solution. Training usually involves one or more Agevo team members visiting client sites and ensuring that every staff member that needs to be trained has an excellent knowledge of how to interact with the systems. Whilst onsite, Agevo staff can often suggest further minor process improvements. In some cases Agevo will use a local partner to provide training and installation where a qualified party exists.

 Support is extremely important for our clients. Because Agevo has clients around the world, we have become experts at providing support to clients in remote, isolated, or areas that are geographically inaccessible to our staff. Agevo offers an array of support services that help your business gain the most from our services and products. To supplement our phone, fax, and email support services, all Agevo modules include a quick link that allows you to chat with a support operator instantly on your computer without having to call, email, or fax. Each Agevo module has help pages and a manual which can be accessed instantly from within the software for quick reference.

On-Site Training

Regardless of where your business is located, we can provide onsite training staff to give one on one instruction to your staff members during and installation and deployment of an Agevo system. Our training staff have had experience in a wide range of fresh produce related industries (farming, processing & packing, wholesale) and can even help troubleshoot business processes during the training sessions.

Remote Training

As an alternative, we are also experts at remote training using remote access tools, VoIP, and tutorial tools. Remote training is useful where on-site training isn’t feasible, and can also be used for follow-up training from time to time to teach users new skills and features.

Installation & Configuration

Installation of your systems whether hosted on your own server or on a co-located server leased and stored off-site, can be performed by our qualified staff on-site or remotely depending on your preferences and requirements. For solutions where the budget does not permit, we can assist remotely with an installation whilst our clients own I.T. department or partner performs most of the installation and training.

On-Site Support

Most of the time, Agevo can perform on-site support functions via remote access, therefore, the requirements for on-site support are generally nil or very little. Where on-site support is required, when it is not feasible to send one of our staff to your site, we will arrange prior to your installation a partner company that will be capable of providing local on-site support which we will always supervise.
